I actually bought this kit to repair some marks we had in our hardwoods and it worked like a charm. I love having hardwood floors, but we have the tendency to drop things every now and again. The Knot-Tec kit made filling in the dents and scratches in our floor easy. One of my friends bought the Professional Kit and uses it for filling in knots in his homemade furniture pieces. Howards Butcher Block Conditioner :Nice satin finish on cutting boards

I was impressed with this product after applying it to some cutting boards recently. In the past I have used mineral oil, which leaves an oily finish that never seems to dry. The Butcher Block Conditioner is a mix of mineral oil and natural waxes, so it dries to a smooth satin finish after 20 minutes. A quick wipe-down and the wood feels great. Available at Home Depot. I think it is worth a try.

This is my first tool review and I know it is not something new to the market, but still sold so, I figured I would throw it out there for others. Recently bought a JET Hybrid Table Saw JPS-10 . Before I was using a circular saw and my cuts were way off. I was sick of my projects looking off. And that when I relized that I need a miter saw. If you cut as sloppy as I do, it is always nice to have a good set of paring/gouging/shaving chisels. I wanted a set butt chisels even back when I was strictly using machinery for woodworking.
